2 apples 8 oz / 225g hard white cabbage 3 carrots 2 oz / 50g celery 3 onions 1 oz / 25g parsley 1 oz / 25g 3 tbsp mayonnaise Juice of one lemon, or 1 spoonful of vinegar Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |

What to do |
1.Remove the core from the apple and throw it away. 2. Cut the apple into thin slices. 3. Slice the cabbage and the onion as thinly as possible. 4. Grate the carrot. 5. Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl. |
