Non stick

What it means

Some cooking trays and pans are coated with a material called Teflon. This is really smooth and hard to stick to. No-stick pans like these are easier to use for cakes and buns because the mixture doesn’t stick to the container when you cook ir. If you use a container that is not non-stick you should cover it with grease or line it with greaseproof paper so that your cake won't have to be cut out of the tin!
